为 MoinMoin 添加 gnuplot 扩展

MoinMoin 可以通过 gnuplot.py 扩展脚本调动本地 gnuplot 绘制图形并输出为 png 格式，最终实现在 Wiki 页面上显示。本文讲述在 MoinMoin-1.5.8 上如何安装与配置该扩展。
